The Role:

As a result of our robust growth, we are seeking a Global Treasury Analyst to join our Finance team. This position will report directly to the Global Treasury Risk Manager.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Support Global Treasury administrative functions, including: bank account opening process, authorized bank signer updates and regular Treasury Management System (Kyriba) updates.
  • Global foreign exchange settlement and reporting. FX transaction-related administration and reporting for spot and hedging activity. Interacting with the payments group for wire settlements for the transactions.
  • Assist with the global debt management process, including: completing interest election process for debt rollovers, communicating with the appropriate bank contacts and updating the relevant reports.
  • Support the Global cash flow forecast process by communicating with global entities for reporting responsibilities and obtaining the relevant forecast information. Assist with the forecast process by uploading required information and completing regular variance analysis.
  • Assist with regular Kyriba maintenance and reporting requirements, e.g. exception reporting for daily bank files.
  • Manage the Kyriba bank relationship function by obtaining and uploading the regular bank statements and assist with the analysis of the function's output.
  • Assist with regular reporting for Global Risk Management in Microsoft Excel, Thomson Reuters' Eikon, FXall settlement center and Kyriba.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Commerce, Arts or a related field. CFA charter holder is an asset.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to analyze problems and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of performance.
  • Previous experience in supporting team members.
  • Knowledge of basic computer operational functions and software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education as required by the organization.
  • Proficient in Spanish is an asset.
  • Willingness and ability to travel both regionally and globally (possesses formal documentation, passport etc.)
