Faculty of Business Administration

(Contractual Position to August 12, 2025)

DUTIES

Reporting to the Associate Dean (Undergraduate Programs and Accreditation), the successful applicant will be responsible for managing the recruitment, admissions, and academic functions of undergraduate programs in the Faculty of Business Administration. Duties include developing and ensuring quality service and systems in the daily delivery of information and advice to students and prospective students; handling the undergraduate admissions process; managing the transfer credit process; overseeing and recommending candidates for faculty scholarships, the Dean's list, and awards; participating in and managing program review/development; monitoring and reporting student performance and compliance with faculty and University regulations; recommending revisions to regulations; approving and coordinating academic plans for domestic and international students; providing academic and career advice to undergraduate students; managing orientation programs; discussing academic issues with faculty and students and aiding solutions; responding to student crisis situations; liaising with various offices across campus; and performing other related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience (5 years) in a University administration setting, focusing in developing and managing academic programs and partnerships; graduation with a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline; or any equivalent combination of experience and training. Superior leadership and interpersonal skills are necessary to manage a diverse team and to foster close relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills. Ability to work in diverse cultural backgrounds in higher education settings; ability work well in a team and individual setting; experience supervising; and ability to manage workload in a busy environment are required.

SALARY $72,832 - $94,409 per annum (Management and Professional)
