Advantage Personnel is currently recruiting for Office Administration Clerk - Inside Sales to join our client's business with over 40 years of expertise, trusting their legacy of quality and craftsmanship based in Saint John, NB. Available Shifts: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Rate of Pay: $42k - $52k Annual Salary

Responsibilities:

· Handling inquiries.

· Counter sales.

· Reception, filing, managing phones.

· Assisting with account management including following up.

· Invoicing and assisting Project Managers/Estimators.

· Customer service and order processing.

· Follow up with clients and maintain quality client relationships.

· Other duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:

· Professionalism and Productivity.

· Positive attitude with the ability to multitask.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

· Bilingualism a plus.

· Must possess a valid driver's license.

· Accounts receivable experience required.

· Must be able to organize and prioritize efficiently as well as meet deadlines as required.

· Excellent written, verbal and presentation abilities are essential.

· Sales experience and/or exposure to the construction industry would be an asset.
