Inside Sales Representative:St. John's, NL
Advantage Personnel is currently recruiting an Inside Sales Representative on behalf of their customer. The successful candidate is an experienced salesperson who has a proven track record of selling products and services through incoming calls. Ideally, they know how to handle a high volume of customers at once and have at least two years of experience achieving a company's sales goals.
Available Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Rate of Pay: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer inquiries quickly and efficiently
• Answering phone calls and emails is a professional manner
• Building rapport with customers
• Collecting customer information for future follow ups
• Upselling services and achieving company quotas
• Identifying sales opportunities
Candidate Qualifications:
• Excellent Customer Service
• Clear communication and active listening
• Experience with plumbing is considered an asset
• People oriented and experienced in rapport building
• Ability to sell and promote
• Excellent time management
