As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operation. - Provide effective leadership and mentorship to the hotel staff, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Manage and coordinate all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and sales.
- Uphold the brand reputation by ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue, occupancy rates, and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control efforts.
- Maintain strong relationships with guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with all regulations, policies, and safety standards.
- A minimum of three years of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
- Familiarity working with hotel branding standards and procedures is a plus.
- Knowledge of the local hospitality market and competitive landscape.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
