Summary of position:

As our Coordinator, Channel Communications, you will be at the forefront of communicating change on a daily basis. You will be responsible for publishing communications for frontline employees on our internal sales support website and distributing by email.


You will need to understand the detail of each request and figure where it needs to be published on the website, and who needs to see and receive it. This role is pivotal in making sure the right information gets to the employees selling our products and services.

Core responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and complete assigned publication and distribution requests, including same-day urgent requests
  • Understand what needs to be published and distributed from looking at requests, to who and where it should live on the platform
  • Ask questions to fully understand a request and properly manage and apply information given by stakeholders
  • Work to build and update English and French versions of web pages, make sure that pages align with design standards and are published at the same time
  • Maintain sales support tools through daily data uploads, and file updates
  • Add content to end of day emails, and create emails for specific audiences and regions
  • Reporting to the Lead Publisher, collaborate with the team Knowledge Manager to enhance and refine design standards and publishing guidelines
  • Support special projects and team members when needed
What you bring to the table:
  • Intermediate to advanced HTML and CSS skills
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills along with solid attention to detail
  • A can-do attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • The ability to think critically and outside of the box
  • Ability to work from 11-7pm EST
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as needed
  • Previous experience with content management systems is a plus
  • Ability to speak French is a plus
