Summary

Bell is currently seeking a candidate for the position of Senior Specialist – Access Governance, reporting to the Senior Manager – Access Governance, part of Information Security. This position is responsible for building strategy and defining identity management and access governance services for the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Senior advisor in Identity and Access management across the enterprise
  • Develop roadmaps and implement strategies for managing identities and access across the enterprise
  • Build Roadmaps, Drive Automation/AI capabilities within platforms such as ServiceNow or other Power Platforms
  • Collect, identify business requirements for any business units that consume identity data and ensure the optimization of roles and accesses
  • Establish business rules for identity management and ensure traceability
  • Perform as a Senior technical leader for Digital Certificates, SecurID, YubiKeys and Identity proofing technologies
  • Provide oversight on Identity Access Management lifecycle processes including access certification processes in support of regulatory and business requirements
  • Define new technology requirements and participate in evaluation and implementation projects across all Identity Management programs
  • Define and develop Key performance indicators and Key risks indicators
  • Responsible for identifying, analyzing and assist in mitigating potential information security incidents and vulnerabilities associated with the Identity and Access Management service.
  • Develop and implements solutions to mitigate identity risks and enhance system security
  • Provide consultation on security issues as well as staying up to date on current or other potential internet security threats
Critical Qualifications
  • University Diploma in Computer Sciences or equivalent experience.
  • Seven (7) years of pertinent experience in computer security and networking technology preferably in a Telecom/Techco environment
  • Extensive knowledge in Identity and access management lifecycle processes and IGA toolsets
  • Knowledge and experience with implementing Cloud Identity Governance across multiple Cloud Service providers (Azure/Entra, GCP, AWS) with methodical knowledge of Service Principles or similar constructs across all CSP's
  • Hands-on experience/expertise managing Digital Certificate platforms (Internal & Public) as well as contributing to the implementation of a Certificate Lifecycle Manager (Including roll-out strategy)
  • Excellent experience in testing and rolling out new MFA modalities
  • Hands-on experience with Okta products (Defining requirements, implementation of IAM Governance controls into an enterprise solution)
  • Proficiency in Active Directory with excellent knowledge of LDAP and Microsoft MIM
  • In-depth knowledge of Privileged access management solutions (on-prem and Cloud-based)
  • Excellent leadership skills and capabilities
  • Excellent communication and team working skills with the ability to Prepare/conduct executive presentations
  • Well structured, self-motivated and organized with a capacity for analysis and synthesis when confronted with challenges
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional security management certification, such as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Global information Assurance Certification (GIAC), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA) or other similar credentials.
  • Experience in the fields of business continuity planning, auditing and risk management.
  • Knowledge of the Information Security Forum, Standard of Good Practice
