Arrow Engineering, a Division of Englobe is looking for an intermediate to senior Civil Project Manager to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta.

The candidate will be asked to lead the site development design group and contribute to the land development group, acquiring and executing development engineering projects of varying sizes and complexity. The position will be focused on guiding the design team through the successful execution of development projects. The position also involves dealing with Clients, Contractors and Suppliers in the positive promotion of the firm.
Your Profile
  • Civil Engineering degree or diploma
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in civil land and site development engineering with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Experience in residential, commercial, industrial and institutional development projects is required
  • Experience in municipal and transportation engineering projects is an asset
  • Extensive design experience including grading, water, sewer and storm water management is required
  • A practicing member of APEGA with P.Eng. designation, or combination of P.Tech. (Eng) ASET designation with appropriate defined scope of work and related experience is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to produce well-written reports and technical specifications
  • Ability to plan, set priorities and see projects through to completion
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Has experience leading, organizing and supervising others
