Supprt Desk - Tier 1

We are currently in search of an IT Client Services Analyst.
The successful candidate will provide Tier 1 customer service support. This role includes providing and supporting IT productivity hardware including; desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
  • 1 + years of experience of Service Desk and End User Support
  • ITIL, Help Desk and/or certification in End User technologies
  • Knowledge of IT security concepts
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and escalate technical issues through to resolution

Technical Skills:
Experience with desktop applications, Office 365, Windows 7, 10, MS Office Suite, Microsoft Edge, SCCM remote control, SharePoint, Remote access. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Exchange, Active Directory, and other Office applications would be considered an asset
