Job Title: Dispatcher - Trucking

Location: Vaughan, ON

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 4:30 am - 1:00 pm

Pay Rate: $25.00/hr

We are seeking a Dispatcher. You will be the central point of contact for managing schedules, routing, and communication between our team, clients, and drivers/technicians. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

• Coordinate and dispatch personnel, vehicles, or shipments in real-time.
• Monitor routes and schedules for efficiency and timeliness.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with team members and clients.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages; prioritize urgent requests.
• Update and maintain dispatch logs, software, and databases.
• Quickly resolve issues such as delays, changes in plans, or emergencies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years as a truck/fleet dispatcher.
• Experience or knowledge of ELD tracking.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Asset to hold a DZ license.
