Position Posted: Casual Residential Counselor

Qualifications:

• Must meet the minimum core competencies set by the Department of Community Services.
• Prefer a recognized Human Services Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in the human services field.
• Experience preferred at the 1 year level in all aspects of community living support.
• Must have the ability to provide person centered support to adults and youth who are mentally challenged.
• Ability to perform CPI related supports a must.
• Must have the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Possess above average interpersonal communication skills.
• Shift flexibility is required and ONLS offers a competitive pay rate.
• Must be comfortable with and skilled in delivery of personal care.
