Mandate:
Reporting to the Department Manager, the Customs Document Analyst will be responsible for managing the workflow and processing of incoming international shipping documents in a real-time and fast-paced environment. The candidate will label the documents correctly, move them to the correct receiver, and contact various trading partners for missing documentation. Lastly, he/she/they will provide customer service support with outside business partners/stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Must possess a high school diploma
- Previous customer service experience within the freight forwarding/brokerage industry is an asset
- Customs and International Freight document knowledge is an asset
- Working knowledge of MS Office and computer
- Shift flexibility; varied work schedule
