The All-New Kelowna Truck and RV is looking to add an experienced Subprime Finance Manager. As part of the Steve Marshall Group, with 10 dealerships and growing, this opportunity has growth and potential written all over it for the right person!

We have a database of over 60,000 people that we can make calls too and we plan on building a fully trained call center that will help generate you a minimum of 3 full credit applications each and every day along with getting you all the stipulations you will need to book a deal. We also have our own online credit ads that generate on average 3 leads per day.

All you need to do is close between 12.5% -15% of these full credit applications and you will generate 7-12 deliveries each and every month. The average gross profit in a subprime RV deal is $9k -$12k and in an auto is $4k - $6k! With more and more people unable to afford the purchase of a home in Western Canada they are moving to year round living in RV's. There are tons of opportunities for us to make money while building a book of business of 100-120 clients per year. Residual income each and every year = more money for less work year over year.

We have 24 lenders, including 8 different manufacturers. and we also have our own in house financing portfolio. We will carry up to 40 Trucks and SUV'S on the lot at any given time and we have access to over 900 Used vehicles along with the ability to sell 8 Major Manufacturers of New Vehicle Inventory including Ram Trucks, Ford Trucks/ SUV's, Mazda, Nissan, Lincoln, Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge.

We also have over 8 lines of RV's and to choose from, including Outdoors RV, Sonic , Stratus, Sport trek, Nexus, Bighorn, Aspen Trail and Coleman to choose from and we also carry or consign all makes and lines. Many of the RV's can carry up to $40k Negative equity making creative deals much easier to get done.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

2 years of Previous Finance Management Experience

Prefer people that excel in team environments, that know how to set goals as a team and work together towards exceeding those goals. Think of Team Sports at the highest level.

Salary:

• Commission; expected to be $140,000 to $200,000 per year depending on experience and results
