Salary: Guaranteed monthly salary

Job Type: Full-Time

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of Management experience in related field
  • Minimum two year of customer service, retail, or sales experience
  • Full class 5D Driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Computer Literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work multiple shifts including evenings & Saturdays
  • Other languages spoken considered an asset

What you will do:

  • Answer incoming client inquiries and confirm/book reservations
  • Greet clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Keep working area clean, professional and orderly
  • Open and close contracts
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by up-selling company products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts
  • Conduct vehicle inspections for returned trucks accurately document findings
  • Lead the team to optimize productivity in the workplace
  • Actively manage truck maintenance, inventory, billing, and daily business reports
  • Creating truck damage reports
