DescriptionHi! I'm Mark, Product Marketing Director at Musora! I'm calling for all Marketers + Musicians!
I'm seeking an exceptional Product Marketing Manager with outstanding copywriting skills to take ownership of the recurring launches for our newest content types:
  • “Challenges" (cohort-based courses)
  • “Workouts” (quick guided lessons)

This role demands a strategic thinker with strong attention to detail who can craft compelling messaging, drive engagement, and manage projects effectively to create awesome customer experiences.
If you love music (and play an instrument) and you're passionate about marketing – keep reading!
To Apply: Show us your copywriting skills by writing a thoughtful cover letter and answering our application questions. Due to a high volume of applicants we will only consider those who provide a cover letter and answer our questions.
Key Duties & Responsibilities This role is focused on engaging current students who are already in our platform/app. You'll be responsible for:
  • Copywriting:
    • You'll be writing copy in different brand (and artist) voices across key marketing channels including email, in-app messages, push notifications, and landing pages.

  • Project Management:
    • You'll be responsible for managing all marketing efforts for Challenge & Workout launches, coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources to ship on schedule.

  • Performance Tracking:
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to enrollment metrics, engagement, weekly and monthly active users, and email performance.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product positioning, target audience segmentation, and competitive differentiation for new launches.

  • Campaign Optimization:
    • Analyze data to optimize marketing strategies, messaging, and tactics for continuous improvement and maximum impact on the campaigns you own.

What you won't be doing:
  • Lead generation
  • SEO
  • Blog writing
  • Managing ads

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or other related field. We're looking for someone with a growth mindset who's a continuous learner. If you don't have a degree and have demonstrated this in other areas, we still encourage you to apply!
  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Marketing role, with a strong track record of successfully launching and marketing digital products or courses.
  • 3+ years of copywriting experience in email, landing pages, and other marketing channels.
  • Strong attention to detail. You'll be hands-on executing on all launches, so you need to have a hawk eye to catch all spelling, segmentation, and workflow errors.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative team environment, with a passion for innovation and driving results within project-based settings.
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for SaaS or e-learning products.
  • Additional product marketing and copywriting certifications will be considered strong assets.
  • You play the drums, piano, guitar, or sing (bonus points for multi-instrumentalists)! You need to have a deep understanding of the needs & desires of people learning to play an instrument to be successful in this role.
  • Ability to exhibit the Company's Core Values: Empathy, Passion, and Grit.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Content Usage – are we hitting enrollment goals for new launches? Are your campaigns driving high levels of engagement within our product?
