Who We're Looking For:
As our Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you have a creative mindset to solve a problem inquisitively with a solution-orientated approach. You'll have meticulous attention to detail to your work and the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT systems.
You are a highly motivated self-starter who is detail-oriented, technically savvy (and can translate technical terms and concepts into everyday language), naturally curious and has a passion for technology.

What You'll Get To Do:
- Support the onboarding team with tasks such as initial technical communications,
- technical set-up and testing, and onboarding documentation development.
- Perform manual tests with meticulous attention to detail
- Build and manage test plans and cases, and coordinate testing across teams as required
- Identify and document defects, bugs, errors within the system in the staging environment
- Prior to production deployment and work with developers to verify fixes
- Create and maintain system documentation
- Stage test environments to reproduce customer reported issues
- Monitor and add data required for the AI to continue to learn
- Review raw AI data to ensure it is behaving as expected
- Collaborate with teams to enhance the quality of software delivery
- Be a systems expert and a resource for the team to troubleshoot and problem solve on perceived system errors.
- Implement strategic processes to manage system usability testing
- Manage and record testing notes and tickets in order to provide situational reports in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintaining close contact with Product Owner to better understand the system and anticipate potential usability issues.
What We're Looking For:
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years' experience in technical QA and automation.
- Experience working with test case management tools such as Zephyr
- Experience with writing test scripts using automation testing tools such as Selenium will be a plus.
