Position Summary:

As the Bilingual (English/French) Client Care Agent, you will be engaging with clients via phone or emails, including making outbounds calls. You will act a liaison, provide product/service information and answer questions, and resolve any issues.

We are looking for a candidate who is genuinely excited to help clients, including empathetic and passionately communicative.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Managing large volume of incoming calls from clients who are seeking services.
  • Responding to inquiries regarding services by phone or email
  • Generating sales leads
  • Manage complaints and provide appropriate solutions and follow-up where required to resolve an inquire. In cases of an escalated nature, the CCA will forward the compliant to the CCS.
  • Assisting clients in a courteous, competent, and professional manner.
  • Conducting outbound calls.
  • Meeting personal and client care team sales targets and call handling quotas.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment is considered an asset.
  • Bilingual English/French (Written and Verbal)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to provide high level, empathic customer service.
  • Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Willingness to learn and be adaptable.
  • Ability to work within a team and independently.
  • Flexibility: Hours are variable day to day subject to schedule and patient loads
