Position Summary:

This role will lead the creation, execution, and refinement of marketing strategies designed to elevate our clinic's profile and drive patient engagement. We are seeking a candidate who not only has a flair for marketing but also harbors a genuine passion for patient care.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Campaign Development:
    • Craft and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns focused on patient acquisition, engagement, and retention. Utilize the latest in technology and digital platforms to maximize impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work alongside teams from various departments including marketing, design, content, and technology to ensure campaigns are aligned with the clinic's goals and objectives.
  • Data-Driven Market Analysis:
    • Employ advanced analytics tools to perform market research, pinpoint target demographics, gauge market trends, and understand the competitive landscape.
  • Marketing Automation and Personalization:
    • Leverage platforms like HubSpot for streamlining campaigns, refining targeting strategies, and enhancing personalized content for better engagement and conversion rates.
  • Multimedia Content Creation:
    • Develop engaging and interactive content across multiple digital channels including social media, email, the clinic's website, blogs, and mobile applications.
  • Performance Tracking and Analysis:
    • Implement tracking tools (UTM parameters, pixel tracking, conversion tracking) to monitor and analyze campaign performance, deriving actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Testing and Optimization:
    • Utilize A/B and multivariate testing to fine-tune campaign elements (e.g., messaging, visuals, CTAs) for optimal effectiveness.
  • Technological and Market Trend Awareness:
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in digital and healthcare marketing, recommending innovative strategies for campaign enhancement.
  • Vendor and Agency Collaboration:
    • Partner with external vendors and agencies for specialized expertise and technology for specific campaign components.
  • Brand Consistency:
    • Maintain brand integrity across all digital marketing efforts, ensuring a consistent and cohesive user experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in crafting and managing marketing campaigns, with a preference for experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Exceptional project management skills: prioritization, deadline adherence, and multitasking.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on creativity and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer, email marketing software such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact).
  • Analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
  • Fluent in English
