Role Overview:

As a Channel Sales Manager at DataStealth, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach and driving revenue growth through strategic channel partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing channel partners, while also collaborating closely with internal sales and marketing teams to maximize channel performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel partner recruitment strategies to expand DataStealth's market presence.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective channel partners, including value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators, and distributors.
  • Provide training, support, and enablement resources to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell DataStealth solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to develop channel-specific marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on DataStealth products and solutions, delivering presentations and training sessions to partners and customers.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform channel strategy and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience and proven track record of success in channel sales or partner management roles within the cybersecurity or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of channel partner ecosystems and dynamics, with the ability to identify and cultivate mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with channel partners and attend industry events.
