About The Role:

As a Marketing Coordinator reporting to the SVP of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in promoting DataStealth, our Data Security Platform (DSP) for Enterprise.

You will be spearheading DataStealth's customer acquisition efforts by creating and supporting lead-generation activities and increasing brand awareness. You will have a deep understanding and expertise with tools such as HubSpot, social media platforms, ad platforms, email marketing platforms, and SEO.

You will be responsible for ad creation, copywriting, campaign management, event management, and more. You will actively participate in weekly sales team calls, providing insights and reporting on key metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve lead generation goals, leveraging the full capabilities of HubSpot
  • Coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, trade shows, and traditional media, ensuring consistency and effectiveness
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform marketing strategies
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, continuously optimizing for maximum impact
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive revenue generation
  • Focus on top-of-funnel marketing activities, increasing website visits and lead conversion rates
  • Manage the company's social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn, to enhance thought leadership and engagement
  • Implement the GAP Selling framework and integrate playbooks with the sales team to drive revenue growth
  • Prepare and host webinars and live LinkedIn events to engage with prospects and customers
  • Create, run, and optimize ads on Google (Text & Display) and LinkedIn Ads to effectively reach target audiences

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of B2B Digital Marketing experience and solid understanding of developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Experience using HubSpot for lead generation and marketing campaigns
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans and ensure internal organizational readiness
  • Previous product marketing experience, including enterprise software and Cloud/SaaS applications & technologies, is preferred
  • Experience working with various stakeholders in sales, product management & engineering/development
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment, rolling up your sleeves, and getting things done
  • Ability to take an abstract idea, design it out, build the plan and deliver the details
  • Social and Emotional IQ – ability to effectively listen, communicate, and manage
