The following qualifications are required: Job Description:The Materiel Group (Mat Group) of the Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement one (1) Intermediate Graphic Designer to develop and update course content and courseware assets specific to Procurement & Contracting using the methodology, tools and the templates provided by DNDMANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS: The Intermediate Graphic Designer - Level 2 must have the following skills and experience:

• Language(s): Fluently Bilingual (French/English)
• Security Clearance: Valid Secret (Level II)

1. The Applicant must possess a college diploma (minimum 2 years) in Graphic Design
2. The Applicant must clearly demonstrate that they have a minimum of 24 months experience within the past 36 months prior to the date of bid closing, working as a Graphic Designer.
3. The Applicant must clearly demonstrate that they have a minimum of 24 months experience within the last 36 months, prior to the date of bid closing, using the SABA Publisher eLearning tool.
4. The Applicant must clearly demonstrate that they have a minimum of 24 months experience* within the last 60 months, prior to the date of bid closing, using one or more of the following Adobe Creative Cloud products:

• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Dreamweaver

*Combined experience is acceptable.

1. The Applicant must clearly demonstrate that they have a minimum of 12 months cumulative experience, within the past 36 months, prior to the date of bid closing, designing, and developing one or more of the following assets and media elements:

• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Dreamweaver
