The following qualifications are required: Job Description:Maintenance Specialist to provide maintenance and support for various systems, including THALES 420 and Philips 7801 Instrument Landing Systems (ILS). Responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting electronic systems, traveling for on-site maintenance, providing technical assistance, inspecting training systems, testing, and evaluating parts, preparing documentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols, and utilizing DND procedures. Additionally, the role involves offering training support, repair and overhaul (R&O) support, and Mobile Support Team (MST) assistance to ATESS and CAF airfields as required.MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS: The Senior Instrument Landing Systems (ILS) Maintenance and Support Services - Level 3 must have the following skills and experience:

• Language(s): English
• Security Clearance: Valid Secret (Level II)
• A minimum of 60 months of demonstrated experience of technical faultfinding and demonstrated knowledge of any ILS within the last 120 months prior to the bid solicitation publication date.

• Have a qualification on an Instrument Landing Systems (ILS)
• The Applicant must have a minimum of 60 months of demonstrated experience within the last 120 months prior to the bid solicitation publication date performing PM and CM on Instrument Landing Systems (ILS)
• The applicant must have a minimum of 60 months of demonstrated experience within the last 120 months prior to the bid solicitation publication date performing Instrument Landing Systems (ILS); level 1, 2 and 3 maintenances.
• The applicant must have a minimum of 60 months of demonstrated experience within the last 120 months prior to the bid solicitation publication date evaluating tests and performance of Instrument Landing Systems (ILS)
• The applicant must have a minimum of 60 months of demonstrated experience within the last 120 months prior to the bid solicitation publication date working on Instrument Landing Systems (ILS). As demonstrated by performing each of the following

1. Working with analog, digital and RF electronics.
2. Applying beacon knowledge to guide and support sites with Instrument Landing Issues; and
3. Performing specialized Instrument Landing Systems (ILS) maintenance tasks, such as replacement of rotary joints.
