About the Role:

We are on the lookout for an accomplished Senior Product Manager with expertise in user retention and membership system development for our B2C Fintech app. This role demands a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the financial technology sector and a proven track record in developing engaging user experiences and robust membership models.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. User Retention and Engagement:
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance user retention and engagement within the fintech app.
    • Analyze user behavior to identify patterns and opportunities for improving long-term user engagement.
  2. Membership System Development:
    • Design and manage a comprehensive membership system that encourages loyalty and frequent use of the fintech app.
    • Innovate and iterate membership features based on user feedback and market trends.
  3. Fintech Product Development:
    • Lead the end-to-end development of consumer-centric fintech products, ensuring they meet market demands and regulatory standards.
    • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality product experiences.
  4. Market Research and Consumer Insight:
    • Conduct in-depth research to understand the financial needs, preferences, and pain points of individual users.
    • Leverage insights to tailor fintech products that resonate with target consumers.
  5. Performance Analysis and KPI Management:
    • Set and monitor key performance indicators for user retention, engagement, and membership growth.
    • Use data analytics to inform product decisions and optimize user experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on B2C fintech products.
  • Deep understanding of the fintech industry, financial products, and digital payment systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience in consumer insights and product analytics.
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and lean startup principles.
  • Proven track record of successful fintech product launches.
