The value-added features include making payments with credit cards and exploring favourite merchants and cash-back cards along with the data-driven marketing solutions that allow us to deliver the best in-store and online shopping experience to Users. The interactive platform also benefits the Merchants with a higher level of brand loyalty.

In order to serve more merchants and users, we are expanding our business and adding more new functions, so that Snaplii can become a digital wallet commonly used by people in North America.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sr. User Experience Designer to lead the user experience design of our upcoming digital products. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business, marketing, and development, you will be responsible to provide innovative yet intuitive design solutions that solve complex business and user problems. You will bring these solutions to life using iterative approach and based on a deep understanding of users' needs and behaviour, best practices, branding guide, and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, mock ups, and prototypes
  • Conduct market research, user research, and usability testing
  • Develop and maintain the design system for SnapPay's digital properties
  • Be an advocate for user-centric, iterative design approach
  • Facilitate product design/development workshops with stakeholders and vendors
  • Work closely with the dev team to ensure design specifications are implemented to a high standard of polish
  • Be an integral part of the product management team and help to define product roadmap

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of UX/UI/Product design experience with a deep understanding of native app design principles, patterns and specifications, as well as responsive website design
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Web and Graphic Design or equivalent discipline
  • You are passionate about design and you are obsessed with making everything better because you believe that good designs that can help enhance people's life
  • You are thrilled to work in a startup environment with a fast-moving and rapidly growing
  • Deep knowledge in using design thinking methodologies and tool kits to help businesses define the problem statement, value proposition, and product roadmap
  • Experience in independently completing 0 to 1 product projects or participating in user experience design for medium and large projects is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
