Director, Market & Service Expansion (6 month contract)

Our commitment to excellence has driven us to seek a dedicated leader who will spearhead our efforts in establishing robust partnerships with both local and regional vendors in order to provide complete junk removal services to all of our enterprise commercial customers in all communities they operate in across the US.

Overview:

As our Director, Market & Service Expansion, you will be the driving force behind our mission to achieve complete coverage across the US. Your strategic approach and keen ability to identify potential partners will be crucial in expanding our service offerings to meet the evolving needs of our enterprise commercial customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to create partnerships with local and regional vendors.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with our company's values and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new vendor services.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual growth and success.
  • Regularly assess partnership performance, making adjustments to strategies as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in market expansion, vendor selection, and partnership management preferably in the logistics or service sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and navigate a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with potential partners.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Salary $130,000 - $155,000 pro rated per annum (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).
