• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the landscape strata maintenance sector, targeting both commercial and residential stratas.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Actively prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, and other sales tactics.
• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our landscape strata maintenance services.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of landscape maintenance services, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and threats.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details using CRM software.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales, preferably within the landscape maintenance or related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and industry trends is preferred.
• Proven track record of success in generating new business and meeting sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Prior relationships with strata managers is a bonus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
