WHY THIS ROLE:

Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Performance, and IT, as our Systems Business Analyst you will support the relationship with all key CRM stakeholders and CRM Services Providers, in addition to providing support and input to management. This role applies deep functional knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM to recommend changes in configuration, maintenance, and standards to improve the overall user experience and optimize processes. The successful candidate will support users in data analysis, training, and ad-hoc requests.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Manage system data including ensuring accuracy and quality of data, proactively developing processes to improve where required.
• Apply technical knowledge of information systems to provide software and information architecture recommendations to Management.
• Advise Management to guide their decision making on systems based on functional knowledge of MS Dynamics products.
• Develop automated data entry points and processes to replace manual entries.
• Manage multiple projects and services providers relationship simultaneously.
• Gather and evaluate business metrics and design automated reports to support reporting.
• Identify, analyze and report on complex data in comprehensible ways to address team needs and develop strategies by which to meet those needs.
• Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and clearly indicate quality of final analysis.
• Develop business continuity process and procedures to capture data from multiple sources and
channels and develop training on best practices.
• Work closely with the IT and Systems Analyst to quickly respond to data requests and understand business needs.
• Establish processes for data entry by end users including user set up, overseeing and guiding user training and ad-hoc queries, new user requests and reporting and analysis.
• Other duties within the scope and spirit of the job, as requested by Management.

WHAT YOU HAVE ACCOMPLISHED/GAINED THROUGHOUT YOUR CAREER:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Analytics or Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience leading CRM solutions and business systems initiatives
• Proven track record in implementing and improving CRM system..
• Experience with Microsoft PowerBI and other Microsoft related applications (e.g. Microsoft SharePoint, SQL Server Reporting Services, Microsoft 365, Customer Voice, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification is considered an asset.
• Experience with ClickDimensions, ASANA, MURAL is considered an asset.
• Experience with manipulation of databases including Excel.
• Familiarity with agile project management tools to track progress, manage backlogs, and facilitate collaboration among team members.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to work creatively in problem- solving environment.
• Understanding of multi-channel solution building with emphasis on emerging channels including social media, mobile, chat, CRM technology.
• Strong understanding of database management and systems design, data analytics and reporting.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, other programming and scripting languages relevant to systems management (SQL, Python, or PowerShell) considered an asset.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR, or SOC 2, that impact systems management
