Next Level Group is an executive search firm partnering with Manufacturing companies throughout Canada and the US. We have been a driving force in the North American staffing industry since 2011. We built our staffing agency on the need for business and staffing solution partnerships in industries that are honest, ethical, and professional in their practices. We are currently looking for a Parts Advisor for an Industry Leading client located in Moncton, NB.

Responsibilities

  • Works with customers at the counter, via telephone, or electronically in a timely and courteous manner.

  • Delivers strong service and salesmanship on the phone order desk and front counter parts sales.

  • Responsible for day-to-day processing of parts orders for internal and external customers, including entering, ordering and expediting purchase orders.

  • Support service technicians in researching, sourcing, expediting and delivering parts requests to work areas.

  • Check parts catalog for parts and provides accurate, timely and efficient estimates and documentation for all parts transactions.

  • Tracking or shipping product to both local and out-of-town customers and inter-branch locations

  • Completes all required documentation for vendors, customers and suppliers.

  • Conduct inventory to assure proper availability of required stock.

  • Operates in a safe manner and keeps work area clean and tidy at all times.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

  • Must be computer literate.

  • Knowledge of parts and equipment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer service skills, a team player, has a sense of urgency, and has the ability to multi-task and function in a fast-evolving environment.

  • Able to work full time, 40 + hours per week.
