Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Parts Technician for an Equipment Dealership (Ag and Construction), who will play a key role in providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of dealership experience, preferably in Truck & Trailer, Hydraulic, AG Equipment, or Construction & Forestry. This position reports to the current Parts Manager and offers a competitive salary with bonus incentives.


Responsibilities:

Parts Management:

  • Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right parts for their agricultural equipment needs.

  • Manage and organize parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with other departments to meet customer demands effectively.

Technical Expertise:

  • Utilize dealership experience in Truck & Trailer, Hydraulic, AG Equipment, or Construction & Forestry to accurately identify and source parts.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed assistance.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the current Parts Manager and other team members within the department to share workload and achieve department goals.

  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager and other relevant stakeholders as required.

Training and Development:

  • Participate in the provided training platform, both online and potentially in the United States, to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

  • Share acquired knowledge with the team to improve overall departmental capabilities.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of dealership experience in Truck & Trailer, Hydraulic, AG Equipment, or Construction & Forestry.

  • Bilingual skills are an asset.

  • Monday to Friday availability (7:30 am - 5:00 pm) with occasional Saturday mornings (4 hours) with time off in lieu.

  • Valid passport for potential training in the United States.
