Rack Petroleum Ltd. is currently seeking an analytical self-starter to join The Rack as an Ultimate Yield Advisor.

Our Ultimate Yield Advisors work closely with growers and The Rack's research division to analyze all 6 factors that determine yield and act as a resource to the region's growers. The Ultimate Yield Advisor brings a wealth of knowledge in soil and plant science and is equipped to provide accurate diagnoses to achieve specific grower goals while utilizing our Ultimate Yield Process.

As an Ultimate Yield Advisor, you will be well acquainted with the agriculture industry and a natural at building relationships and identifying specific grower needs. You'll strive to work with all facets of the farming operation, providing valuable information to support grower's in making management decisions. Working proactively, with exceptional communication skills, the Ultimate Yield Advisor is a well-rounded professional prepared to support current and new growers.

A bachelor's degree or diploma in agriculture is required and experience in the agriculture industry is an asset. Successful applicants will be optimistic self starters ready for the next challenge, while working in a team environment where ideas are welcomed. Sales and retail experience considered an asset.
