Equipment Operator

CTL Canada is a local utility construction company operating in the Edmonton area for the past 54 years. Our work is focused on the Edmonton area with infrequent opportunities for short durations off site. We focus on maintaining a healthy work environment where we can plan to be home each night. We have full time opportunities with work through the winter. We are interested in working with the right people to build our team and offer opportunities to learn and grow for all our employees.

We operate a fleet of heavy trucks, excavators, backhoes, hydrovacs and directional drills. We have a dedicated maintenance and repair group. We have regular clients with recurring workload to keep everyone busy.

We are interested in hiring experienced operators and leaders as well as opportunities to train and cross-train workers who may not be familiar with HDD or utility construction methods. We can assist new workers to complete safety training, acquire air-brake endorsements and upgrade to Class 3 licensing.

We are happy to compensate for experience and work with our people as their experience grows.
