Field Sales Representative - Painting

Mill Creek Painters is hiring Field Sales Representatives in Edmonton.

This role is for someone who knows how to sell, wants control over their income, and is comfortable working in a performance-based environment.

We provide a mix of inbound leads and systems, but top performers generate their own opportunities and consistently close.

• Meeting homeowners and property managers to provide painting estimates
• Presenting services and closing deals in person
• Following up on inbound leads and converting them into booked projects
• Generating your own leads through referrals, networking, and local outreach
• Managing your pipeline and staying on top of follow-ups
• Representing the Mill Creek brand professionally in the field

• Uncapped earnings - your income is directly tied to your performance
