What You'll Be Doing:
- Preparing surfaces (sanding, masking, patching)
- Applying high-quality coatings with top-tier workmanship
- Managing or working alongside a crew when needed
- Completing detailed post-project walkthroughs to ensure excellence
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Proficiency with brushes, rollers, sprayers, tape, caulking, etc.
- Experience supervising at least one other painter
- Willingness to travel and stay out of town for up to 7 days at a time
- Red Seal certification is a strong asset
