Head Secretary - On-call/Casual

Office Administrator - On-call Location: Brampton, Mississauga, Bolton, Orangeville

$19-$26/hour, pending assignment and experience

This is a casual/on-call role. You will cover day, week, or month sick coverages. The number of hours or shifts available will vary each week. Candidates who are interested must have flexible availability as the shifts are provided each morning at 7:30am, and you will be expected to start the same morning between 8am-12:30pm at the assigned location.

(You could work 0-35 hours per week, depending on demand for shifts)

Due to the nature of this role, you must have your own personal transportation.
Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of administrative support ensuring quality service and professionalism
• Manage efficiently in a multi-tasked environment and ensure deadlines are met
• Apply appropriate due diligence ensuring accuracy in preparing and promptly completing all required supporting documentation (reports, presentations, invoices, communications, tables, charts, files, etc.)
• Ensure the optimal level of customer service and integrity is provided
• Provide accurate, organized and efficient administrative support
• Provide help when needed with various projects for other employees
• Navigate through word processing, filing, and faxing
• Receive and direct visitors
• Field telephone calls

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiar with MS Word &Excel
• Data entry skills
• Email Correspondence experience
• Must be able to provide clear Vulnerable Sector Check
• G license and reliable transportation
