  • Maintaining accurate records of repair times, work quality, and job progress
  • Providing daily updates on production, safety, and open work orders
  • Helping train, mentor, and onboard new mechanics into the shop
  • Supporting company initiatives related to efficiency, safety, and service quality
  • Working cross-functionally with parts, service, operations, and branch teams
  • Ensuring all team members follow health, safety, and environmental procedures
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
  • Performing other related duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Strong hands-on experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic
  • A valid Heavy Equipment Technician license, such as 421A, or equivalent experience

  • Ability to coordinate daily schedules, materials, equipment, and workflow
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to support multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer skills and comfort working with service systems or diagnostic platforms
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
  • A strong commitment to safe work practices and environmental responsibility
  • Ownership of personal tools required for the role

The following would be considered assets:

  • Experience with brands such as CAT, Genie, Skyjack, or similar equipment
