We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Millwright to support plant operations and ensure equipment reliability. This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and plays a key role in maintaining efficient, safe, and continuous production.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment operates efficiently
• Install, dismantle, and assemble industrial machinery and components
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective corrective actions
• Align and calibrate machinery using precision measurement tools
• Fabricate parts as needed to support repairs and installations
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams to improve performance
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Work independently and within a team environment
• Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications

• Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) certification required
• Experience with conveyors (screw and belt), pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and equipment rebuilds
• Basic understanding of electrical systems considered an asset
• Experience with boiler systems is an asset
