Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to generate qualified meetings for our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and play a critical role in driving growth for our MSP.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn.
- Research and build lists of ideal client profiles
- Qualify leads using BANT+ for MSPs (Business fit, Authority, Need, Timing, Tech stack).
- Book discovery calls for the Account Executive (AE)
- Maintain CRM cleanliness and activity logging.
- Follow up on inbound leads from web, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing on messaging, campaigns, and event follow-up.
- Assist with light proposals for small project opportunities.
Requirements
- 13 years of inside sales or customer-facing experience.
- Strong communication and phone presence.
- Experience selling IT services or SaaS is an asset.
- Motivated, organized, and resilient.
