Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to generate qualified meetings for our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and play a critical role in driving growth for our MSP.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn.
  • Research and build lists of ideal client profiles
  • Qualify leads using BANT+ for MSPs (Business fit, Authority, Need, Timing, Tech stack).
  • Book discovery calls for the Account Executive (AE)
  • Maintain CRM cleanliness and activity logging.
  • Follow up on inbound leads from web, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing on messaging, campaigns, and event follow-up.
  • Assist with light proposals for small project opportunities.

Requirements

  • 13 years of inside sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Strong communication and phone presence.
  • Experience selling IT services or SaaS is an asset.
  • Motivated, organized, and resilient.
