365 Technologies is a leading, locally-owned Managed IT Services Provider located in Winnipeg, MB. We specialize in providing outsourced IT support and implementation services to small and medium-sized businesses in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Were growing, and were looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist / Appointment Setter to help us open new doors and start meaningful conversations with local business leaders.

About the Role
As part of our Marketing Department, youll play a key role in identifying and engaging potential clients for 365. Youll work closely with our Marketing Coordinator to execute campaigns that raise awareness of our services and generate qualified appointments for our CEO.

This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives on results, and wants to be part of a purpose-driven team helping businesses succeed through technology.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outreach to prospective businesses via email, phone, and LinkedIn to introduce 365 Technologies services.
Follow up on warm leads from marketing campaigns, networking events, and community engagements.
Schedule qualified meetings between the CEO and decision-makers (e.g., business owners, CEOs, CFOs, and General Managers).
Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator on lead nurturing campaigns and outreach strategies.
Track outreach activity, responses, and appointment metrics using our CRM tools.
Achieve and exceed KPIs related to qualified appointments and conversion rates.

What Were Looking For
Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales development (B2B preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A professional, confident, and engaging manner when speaking with executives and business owners.
Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple outreach efforts simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing platforms is an asset.
A collaborative spirit. Youll work closely with both our marketing and leadership teams.
