We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our Commercial team based in the Firm's Halifax, NS office.
Type of Position: Full-Time, Permanent

The Opportunity:
Working closely with the Commercial Team and the Strategy & Innovation Team, the Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing and client data to drive insight-based decisions that optimize promotional efforts, while maximizing the Firm's return on investment.
Working alongside the Firm's Agency of Record and other external vendors, the Analyst will combine skills in content creation with analytical expertise to understand potential clients, optimize campaign performance, play a key role in media planning, and align promotional activities with business objectives providing analysis on marketing performance where required. The successful candidate will also be responsible for driving digital marketing initiatives and campaigns backed by data driven insights.
The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrable experience in analytics and reporting, experience with video editing and production tools and holds an undergraduate degree in marketing, business, data analytics or has transferable relevant experience. Experience at a marketing agency or in a similar environment would be considered an asset.
