This is a NEW Business Development Manager role meaning outbound sales activities including, but not limited to, telephone and in person cold calling, networking, trade show attendance, LinkedIn and email marketing efforts, snail mail marketing and referral networking. This role is an Outside sales role that requires your own reliable transportation as you will be required to visit client sites. To develop new accounts through cold calling, networking and other appropriate sales methods, done ethically and in conjunction with theBrand image of Nova Staffing Inc.Duties pertaining to the above position are deemed to include, but not be limited to: 1. Ask questions and listen to all prospects, customers and clients of Nova Staffing Inc. and then conduct presentations to prospects on the benefits of Nova Staffing Inc.'s services in a consultative manner. 2. Identify and solicit potential clients and arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients and accounts under management. 3. Perform or supervise the collection of all necessary research utilizing directories, telemarketing and cold calling, in order to create a prospect list and do all pre-call planning 4. Market high quality candidates to current and prospective customers as provided by coordinators/recruiters. 5. Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, fill out search assignments, warranties and fulfillment dates. Prepare and oversee the preparation of sales or other contracts.
