Job Details:
- Manage a team of meat and deli servers and ensure they provide excellent service to customers
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Train and onboard new customer service team members
- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolutions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the customer service team
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Must be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
