- Prior construction or installation experience preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions, blueprints, or job specifications.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material usage calculations.
- Physical ability to lift over 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Strong commitment to safety, including proper PPE usage and hazard awareness.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
