Youll support corporate marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, social media, events, content creation, analytics, and everything in between.

In addition to the duties typically expected of an entry level marketing professional, your impact will be to support our teams responsible for:

Brand & Campaign Support

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns that elevate CLVs brand visibility and reputation across Canada.
  • Assist in content creation for digital channels, social media, websites, and internal communications.
  • Help maintain brand consistency and ensure all materials reflect CLVs tone, values, and quality standards.
  • Participate in photo shoots, video production, and creative development projects.

Digital Marketing & Performance

  • Support the management of CLVs online presence, including website updates, digital advertising, and analytics tracking.
  • Assist in reporting on campaign performance and engagement metrics to help drive continuous improvement.
  • Learn and apply AI-enabled tools to improve digital marketing efficiency and targeting.
  • Contribute to email campaigns, SEO optimization, and digital storytelling that attract and engage audiences.

Events, Communications & Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Assist in planning and executing corporate events, sponsorships, and community initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Leasing, Operations, and HR teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Help prepare presentations, marketing decks, and corporate materials for executive and investor communications.
  • Support internal brand engagement initiatives, helping to make CLV a source of pride for employees nationwide.

About You

Youre a high-achieving recent graduate whos ready to jump in, learn everything, and grow fast. You take pride in delivering exceptional work, but you also understand the value of collaboration, good energy, and humour in keeping a team strong. You thrive in a culture that values excellence and accountability but never forgets that work should be rewarding and enjoyable.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate with a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with social media management, digital marketing tools, or content creation (bonus if youve worked with Canva or Adobe).
  • A natural collaborator who thrives in team settings and brings positive energy to every project.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Curious about technology, AI, and data-driven marketing, eager to learn how innovation is shaping the industry.
  • Passionate about marketing, storytelling, and contributing to a brand you can be proud of.
  • A growth mindset open to learning new systems, technology, and AI tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Bilingualism preferred to support national operations.
