We are seeking a results-driven and innovative Director of Marketing to elevate CLV Groups brand and drive performance across our residential communities in Canada. This leader will develop and execute marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, support leasing and property management goals, and position CLV as the brand of choice in rental housing.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader who combines creativity with analytics, using AI, automation, and data-driven insights to deliver measurable results. As a trusted advisor to the management team, youll play a key role in aligning marketing with operational objectives, driving occupancy, and enhancing resident loyalty.
In addition to the duties typically expected of a seasoned marketing professional, duties will include:
Strategic & Operational Marketing Leadership
- Lead CLVs national marketing strategy to drive leasing leads, optimize occupancy, and strengthen brand awareness across Canada.
- Partner with Leasing and Operations teams to align marketing with property performance and business priorities.
- Build and lead a high-performing, data-driven marketing team focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure consistent, professional brand representation across all markets and platforms.
Lead Generation & AI Innovation
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns that convert prospects into residents.
- Leverage AI tools, automation, and predictive analytics to improve targeting, personalization, and marketing ROI.
- Oversee SEO/SEM, paid media, and digital advertising to maximize reach and conversion.
- Analyze market trends, resident data, and campaign results to drive continuous optimization.
Resident Engagement & Brand Experience
- Develop campaigns that enhance resident satisfaction, retention, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with property teams to deliver an exceptional on-site and digital experience aligned with CLVs values.
- Use insights and feedback to evolve our messaging, improve renewals, and deepen loyalty.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership, ideally within real estate, property management preferred.
- Proven record of driving lead generation, occupancy growth, and brand performance.
- Expertise in AI-driven marketing, analytics, and digital strategy.
- Strong leadership and team development experience.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (Masters degree an asset).
- Bilingualism preferred to support national operations.
