Today we are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead, a technically skilled professional with the vision and drive to scale our digital performance in the real estate and property management sector. This role is best suited for candidates who are solution orientated, who thrive in diagnosing challenges, uncover insights through data, leverage AI-driven tools while building sustainable solutions.
You will begin by auditing and refining our digital infrastructure including campaigns, analytics, and website performance. Once established in the role, you will be able to take the lead in aligning marketing efforts with sales and leasing goals. Over time, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and building the digital marketing strategy that will fuel our continued growth as a leader in the real estate industry.
In addition to the duties typically expected of a seasoned digital marketing professional, responsibilities will be to:
- Lead the audit, clean-up, and optimization of existing digital campaigns, property listings, analytics, and reporting frameworks.
- Manage and maintain scheduled marketing performance reports to present to management and leasing teams.
- Manage and optimize integrations with external partners.
- Oversee and allocate the marketing budget to ensure alignment with leasing goals and property performance targets.
- Audit and strengthen the digital lead generation strategy and CRM processes, ensuring strong cost-per-lead (CPL) and conversion rates.
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across real estate listing platforms (Rentsync, Rentcafe, ILS) GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads and more.
- Manage and optimize Google Adscampaigns and other paid media for ROI, lead volume, and conversion growth.
- Oversee Google Analytics dashboards, transforming complex data into actionable recommendations that impact leasing goals.
- Drive SEO initiativesto strengthen organic visibility and outperform competitors in rankings.
- Ensure the website and property pages are optimized for speed, updated content, user experience (UX) and correct lead to lease processes.
- Deliver competitive intelligenceby monitoring industry trends, analyzing competitor campaigns, and providing insights that guide both marketing and leasing strategies.
- Partner with the leadership team to present data-driven insightson market conditions, consumer behaviour, and campaign performance.
- Integrate AI-powered analytics, automation, and personalization toolsto enhance efficiency, targeting, and reporting.
- Lay the foundation for a future digital marketing growth, setting standards, building processes, and mentoring talent as the function expands.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing with experience in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Proven ability to manage website maintenance, leveraging CRM systems and data-driven reporting
- Demonstrated expertise in lead generation strategies,
- Experience with rentals, real estate, hospitality, or a high-competition industry is nice to have, but not necessary.
- Knowledge of web design principlesand conversion optimization for lead capture.
- Advanced analytical skillswith the ability to interpret complex data and advise leadership on market dynamics.
- Experience delivering competitive intelligence and market trend analysisto inform business strategy.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools(e.g., predictive analytics, automated bidding, personalization engines, or generative content tools).
- Proven success in leading audits, clean-ups, and campaign optimizationat scale
- Google Ads and Analytics certifications (preferred).
- A proactive, high-energy mindsetwith the ability to drive both strategy and execution.
