Are you a skilled and motivated Heavy-Duty Technician looking to take the next step in your career? Our client is seeking a Working Shop Foreman Heavy-Duty Technician to join their Bonnyville team. Key Responsibilities

• Perform skilled mechanical repair and maintenance of medium to heavy-duty vehicles, trailers, and specialized equipment

• Inspect, analyze, troubleshoot, dismantle, align, assemble, and adjust mechanical equipment and machinery to maintain efficient operation

• Lead and support shop team members, ensuring safety and quality standards are met

• Assist with diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, electrical, and engine systems

• Conduct routine maintenance and ensure all repairs meet company and industry standards

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Promote a positive, safety-driven, and solution-oriented work environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Alberta or equivalent Journeyman Certificate, or enrollment in the Apprenticeship Program

CVIP License preferred, or willingness to obtain with company assistance

• Valid Driver's License (Class 1 or 3 with Q endorsement preferred)

• Proven mechanical abilities in hydraulics, electrical systems, and engine repair

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Experience performing routine maintenance operations

• Must provide own tools

• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and excellence
