Here's what you'll deliver:
Generating leads, prospecting and booking appointments for potential customers.
Understanding customers' needs and consistently meet or exceed their expectations.
Selling and leasing vehicles in adherence to OMVIC rules and regulations.
Providing exceptional service to visiting customers.
Building long-lasting relationships and repeat customers.
Answering customer service phone calls relating to sales inquiries.
Ensuring vehicle quotes are competitive and reasonable.
Keeping customers updated as to the progress of their vehicle's delivery and pick-up.
Learning and maintaining product knowledge on manufacturer-specific vehicles and rebate, finance and incentive programs.
Other duties as assigned by management
You champion success with these accomplishments:
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Automotive sales experience preferred.
OMVIC Certification is required within the first 2 weeks of hiring.
Dealer CRM system experience is an asset.
Must have valid Class ‘G' Ontario driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
Strong computer skills.
Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability and willingness to be flexible under changing conditions.
Ability to be creative and persuasive in negotiating.
Ability to exhibit professionalism with a positive attitude under pressure.
Well-spoken, friendly and articulate.
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Must be willing to be flexible with work schedules.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000++ per year
