Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and reliable 310S Licensed Mechanic to maintain and repair our growing fleet of light-duty vehicles. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who can work independently, troubleshoot effectively, and take a proactive approach to fleet maintenance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on company light-duty trucks and service vehicles
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective repair solutions
• Maintain accurate service records and schedules
• Ensure vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and compliant with MTO regulations
• Coordinate parts ordering and manage repair timelines
• Support seasonal preparation of vehicles (e.g., snow season readiness)
• Perform occasional mobile repairs and emergency service calls as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician license
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with light-duty vehicles
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with snow removal equipment (plows, salters) is an asset
• Must provide own tools
• Valid Ontario G drivers license with clean abstract
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
