We are hiring Red Seal Certified Carpenters for a heavy industrial construction project located in Princeton, BC. Ideal candidates will have experience in industrial settings such as mining, mills, plants, or similar environments. This is a long-term opportunity with benefits provided by the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute carpentry tasks related to industrial construction, including heavy formwork, scaffolding, and structural assemblies
• Install doors, frames, trim, and other finish carpentry elements where required
• Maintain a high level of precision and compliance with industrial site safety standards
• Perform maintenance and repair of temporary and permanent structures
• Work from blueprints, layout drawings, and work orders
• Collaborate with other trades and report to site supervisors

Requirements and Qualifications

• Red Seal Certification in Carpentry (mandatory)
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in industrial or heavy civil construction
• Skilled in both rough and finish carpentry
• Strong understanding of job site safety protocols
• Fall Protection, WHMIS, and CSTS-09/2020 tickets (mandatory)
• Strong physical condition and ability to work in rugged site conditions
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Experience in remote job sites or camp jobs is an asset

Nice to Haves:

• Have own vehicle or reliable transportation.
• Has Fall Protection, First Aid and/or WHMIS.
• Experience working on high-rise projects
• Tickets in Heavy Equipment Use.
