Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives.
• Oversee all Health, Safety and Environmental systems.
• Manage and conduct audits to maintain compliance with Ontario's Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), ISO 14001, COR certification, and other industry standards.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to the HSE team.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years related HSE Manager experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification a definite asset
• Knowledge of Ontario's OHSA, WSIB processes, COR certification, and ISO 14001 standards.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, able to develop high performing teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
