- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives.
- Oversee all Health, Safety and Environmental systems.
- Manage and conduct audits to maintain compliance with Ontario's Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), ISO 14001, COR certification, and other industry standards.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to the HSE team.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years related HSE Manager experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification a definite asset
- Knowledge of Ontario's OHSA, WSIB processes, COR certification, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, able to develop high performing teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
